For your final exam please send an email to cassidy@epicintervaltraining.com with the subject line "COACHES CERT FINAL EXAM". In this email you will attach a video via Drop Box, Google Drive, Vimeo or Youtube containing the following:

1. Introduce yourself to me in 30 seconds or less
2. Without reading, tell me what EPIC Interval Training is in 30 seconds or less, as if I have never heard of it.
3. Without reading, describe all 6 signature EPIC classes in 1 minute or less
4. Teach 8 movements with 3 levels each (2 push movements, 2 pull, 2 plyo, 2 performance) in under 5 minutes. You may have your 8 movements written down, but not the levels.

This video should be 7 minutes long! I will give you a grace period of 1 minute. Any videos longer than 8 minutes will not be accepted.

Within a week you will receive either a "pass" with your EPIC Coach Certificate, or a "resubmit". Looking forward to watching!
